Happy sellers amidst Covid worry Other local agents had a shot at selling the property for a month with no luck so we returned to Damon who we’ve dealt with multiple time although it wasn’t his local area . Sold within 24 hours of being listed and got more than asking price and it sold to exactly the type of buyer Damon predicted it to. Smooth and easy and very happy sellers . Very easy to deal with . Won’t waste time elsewhere next time .

Always gave 100% We were selling an older unit not in a great market. Damon put the effort into selling it as I would think he would apply to selling a high end home. He worked for us (the seller) and we he would not compromise on what we wanted . Would not hesitate to use Damon again . Got a good price and way better than comparable unit in same location .

Embarking on the sale of our house, we initially chose the wrong agent and endured three 'lost' months of an incredibly frustrating time. We decided to take a break feeling disillusioned by the real estate world but then, we met Damon at an open home. That following Monday he came around and looked at our house - Tuesday he brought someone through and within a week - we'd sold! We have been so impressed by his knowledge, efficiency, genuineness and transparency. Selling your home is a big deal and you should know how things are tracking every step of the way without having to feel like a pest - we never had to even ask, Damon was so very helpful! We really can't thank him enough and praise him highly.

Damon did a great job in selling my mother's unit in a tough market. He knows the local area well and was realistic about sales prices unlike others we spoke to. He kept us up to date with what was happening and went the extra mile by helping us negotiate the adoption of my mother's cat by the new owner. I would recommend him to others selling in this area.

As a first time seller I had a lot of questions and was really happy with Damon's communication throughout the whole process. It's really nice to have the little things like calling at the end of each open house - even when I told him my phone would be out of range, he still left a message so I'd know how things went.

I recently listed my Taringa property with Damon Churchill after seeing he had achieved a record sale price for another property near mine. Damon was very knowledgeable about our area and explained his targeted marketing approach in detail. The whole process of managing my property with Churchill Real Estate for over 10 years and then selling the property with you was an amazing experience. There was absolutely no issues at all over the period which is even more surprising given I was based in Melbourne! An enormous amount of trust was given to Churchill RE and yourself. Thank you Damon for sharing this journey with me and obtaining a great outcome. Choosing you to conduct my sale was the biggest favour that I could have done for myself Lutwyche has its fair share of Real Estates and there were ample flyers and brochures being delivered sprooking sales and prices attained within the local and neighbouring areas. I was very happy overall with Damon's assistance in selling my property. He keeps in touch regularly & calls when he says he will. You're never left wondering what's happening with prospects or negotiations. After some discussion, the sale price was increased after a week or two on the market & perhaps on reflection, it was a bit too high. The final sale price was acceptable but a little less than my expectations given the asking price increase. Damon is a professional in all respects & I would contact him again if I needed to sell or buy.

Damon showed an impressive level of local market knowledge. Not surprising given he has been in the area quite a while.
